1. For the Pears; Slice in half, place on a lined baking tray and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until the pears are soft and have gone golden in colour.
2. For the Porridge; Place all porridge ingredients into a medium sized pot and bring to a boil.
3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is cooked and the mixture has thickened ‘porridge consistency’.
3. Serve the porridge hot or cold topped with almond and vanilla granola, roasted pears, almond butter and pomegranate seeds.
