Ingredients
– 1 cup cashew nut milk
– 4 tsp beetroot powder
– 2 tsp lacuma powder
– 2 tsp ginger powder
– 1 cup boiling water
Method
1. Scald the milk in a small pot, then whisk or place into a blender and blitz for a few seconds until foamy.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mug, and the frothy milk and enjoy with Lacuma and Chia Bircher Muesli, topped with walnuts and white peaches.
