Matcha Latte Bliss Balls

– 7 Tbsp sunflower seeds
– 1 Tbsp chia seeds
– 5 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in hot water/ 1 ripe medium sized banana
– 2 Tbsp tahini
– 1 tsp matcha powder
– 2 Tbsp pea protein powder
– 1tsp vanilla powder
– 1 tbsp hemp seeds
– 1 Tbsp water
– 2 Tbsp cranberries/cacao nibs


1. Place the sunflowers and chia seeds  into a food processor and blitz on for 30 seconds until the mix look coarse in texture.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture forms a smooth ball.
3. Weigh out the balls into 30g and roll into balls.
4. Roll chia seeds or matcha powder and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days.
