Pineapple Bliss Balls

Ingredients

– 7 Tbsp sunflower seeds
– 1 Tbsp chia seeds
– 3 Tbsp dessicated coconut
– 1 tsp moringa powder
– 1 – 2 tsp spirulina
– 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
– 3 – 4 Tbsp pea protein powder
– 5 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in hot water/1 ripe medium sized banana
– 1 tbsp hemp seeds
– 20 – 30g dried pineapple, soaked in hot water (My favourite is by Orchard on Long)
– 1 Tsbp water
– 1/4 tsp lime zest (optional)

Method

1. Place the sunflowers, chia seeds and desiccated coconut into a food processor. Blitz on for 30 seconds until the mix look coarse in texture.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture forms a smooth ball.
3. Weigh out the balls into 30g and roll into balls.
4. Roll in desiccated coconut (see tip), chia seeds or matcha powder and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days.

TIP: Take them to the next level by adding 1 – 2 tsp of Fresh AS Passion fruit or Mango powder OR combine 1/2 cup desiccated coconut and 1 tsp fruit powder to roll the bliss balls in.
