Acai & Beetroot Bliss Balls

Ingredients

– 75g sunflower seeds
– 1 Tbsp chia seeds
– 1 small ripe banana or 5 medjool dates (softened in hot water)
– 2 Tbsp tahini
– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
– 1 Tbsp Maca powder
– 2 tsp beetroot powder
– 2 tsp acai powder
– 2 – 4 Tbsp pea protein powder
– zest of 1/4 of an orange
– 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
– 2 Tbsp water

Method

1.Place all ingrients except the water into a food processor and blend for a minute.
2. Scrape the mixture from the sides of the food processor and add the water.
3. Blend for 30 seconds. Weigh off and roll the bliss balls then dust with beetroot powder, roll in chia seeds or leave as the are.
4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge or a month in the freezer.
