Ingredients
– 1 large Granny Smith apple, grated
– 1x 250g full fat plain yoghurt but I prefer to use plain or strawberry cashew nut yoghurt by Utopiafoods
– 300ml Kombucha, I used Theonista pomegranate and rooibos but if you can’t get kombucha then just use any nut milk or fresh orange juice.
– 1,5 cups gluten free oats
– 2 Tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl, stir to mix, cover and leave to soak in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

TIP: Try making a double batch on a Sunday, then store in glass jars or a large airtight container, for a quick breakfast option during the week.
