Quick and Cheesy Spinach Pasta

A little effort


– 300g sweet potato, steamed
– 25g nutritional yeast, plus 5g for topping
– 5ml Dijon mustard
– 10 – 15ml tamari
– 160 – 200ml water
– 2g salt
– 1 large handful of baby spinach
– 2 portions of cooked pasta


1. Place all ingredient except the baby spinach into the jug blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the sauce into a large sauce pan, bring to a simmer and add the cooked pasta and baby spinach.
3. Fold into the sauce and cook or a minute, so that the baby spinach can soften.
4. Remove from the heat and serve.
