Ingredients
– 1/5 cup (100g) frozen sweet potato
– 2tsp almond butter
– 1/2 cups almond milk/milk alternative
– 125ml cashew yog (or almond milk/water)
– 1 1/2 tsp maca
– 1 1/2 tbsp hemp protein powder
– 1/2tsp cinnamon
– 1tsp agave (optional)
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a jug blender or Nutribullet and blitz until smooth.
2. Add Almond milk or water to adjust the consistency.
