Blueberry and Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

– 1 cup steamed cauliflower, frozen
– 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
– 1/2 banana, frozen
– 1/2 cup water/nut milk
– 1 tbsp hemp protein powder (optional)
– 1 tsp agave (optional)
– Toasted Almond Muesli
– 1 small handful of blueberries


1. Place the cauliflower, blueberries, banana, water/nut milk and hemp protein powder into a jug blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer into a bowl and top with Toasted Almond Muesli and blueberries.

*Add more or less liquid to change the consistency, if you are wanting it thicker or to have as a smoothie
